A Century of History

In 1998, YIVO sponsored an exhibition in honor of the 100th Anniversary of the Jewish Labor Bund — the mass organization in czarist Russia and interwar Poland that sought to transform the lives of the Jewish working poor through socialist organizing and secular Yiddish culture.
